In accordance with the personal data protection regulations in force in the United Arab Emirates (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, UAE PDPL) and, where applicable, European cookie regulations and the GDPR, this Cookie Policy explains how Authect Academy (“Platform”), operated by AUTHECT - FZCO, uses cookies and similar technologies.
2. What Are Cookies?

Authect Academy uses only essential (strictly necessary) cookies required for the Platform to function. We do not use advertising, marketing, behavioural tracking, or analytics cookies.

These cookies are essential for the Platform to operate. Without them, you cannot sign in or maintain an authenticated session. They do not require your consent as they are strictly necessary for the service you have requested.
4. Cookies We Do Not Use
The Platform does not use:
- Advertising or marketing cookies
- Behavioural tracking cookies
- Analytics cookies (for example Google Analytics)
- Social media tracking pixels
- Third-party profiling cookies
5. Third-Party Services
When you sign in with Google OAuth, Google may set its own cookies during the authentication flow on Google’s domain. These cookies are governed by Google’s Privacy Policy. We have no control over these third-party cookies.
Payment processing may occur on Whop’s hosted checkout and customer experiences. Whop may use its own cookies as described in their policies on whop.com.
